Tips & Faq’s

Tips for planning your visit:

Spring Visits

  • Dress in layers, as our spring days can start out chilly in the morning and warm up in the afternoon.

  • Wear comfortable, farm-appropriate footwear since the fields take longer to dry after spring rain.

  • Prepare for walking; the fields cover many acres.

  • Bring water and stay hydrated.

  • Pack a picnic or enjoy one of our visiting food trucks available daily.

  • We’re sorry, but no dogs are allowed in the spring (dogs are permitted during the summer).

Summer Visits

  • Bring water and stay hydrated.

  • Wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothing.

  • Wear a hat or bring an umbrella for shade in the field; we’re happy to loan you one of our “Sunbrellas.”

  • Wear comfortable, farm-worthy shoes.

  • Prepare for walking; the fields cover a large area.

  • Wear sunscreen and bring bug spray (just in case).

  • Pack a picnic or enjoy one of our visiting food trucks available during sunsets, Friday through Sunday.

  • Dogs on a leash are permitted during the summer.
