What are we looking for in our employees?
We have a passion for helping others. We want to ensure our guests have the most memorable experience possible during their visit.
Flexibility and a can-do attitude: We rotate our employees through different positions on the farm. One day, you may help check guests in; the next, you may create displays, check the field, or even drive a tractor if you’re up for it!
A strong work ethic: We won’t lie—not every day on the farm is roses. We expect employees to arrive on time, work hard, and take ownership of their day-to-day activities.
If you think you fit the bill, we encourage you to apply! You don’t need any previous farm experience, and we offer excellent pay and flexible scheduling.
We usually have quite a few positions to fill and will begin interviewing and hiring employees about two weeks before opening for the next season. Our spring season is typically the month of April, and our summer season runs from mid-July through mid-August.
