What are we looking for in our employees?
A passion for helping others: We want to ensure out guests have the most memorable experience possible during their visit.
Flexibility/A can-do attitude: We rotate our employees through different positions on the farm. One day, you may be helping check guests in and the next, you may be creating displays or checking the field - or even driving a tractor, if you’re up for it!
A strong work ethic: We won’t lie, not every day on the farm is roses. We expect employees to arrive on time, work hard, and take ownership of your day-to-day activities.

We usually have quite a few positions to fill and will begin to interview and hire employees about two weeks prior to opening for the next season. Our spring season is usually the month of April and our summer season runs from mid/late July through Labor day.
