How to pick summer flowers

**We recommend bringing your own small bucket with water to keep your flowers hydrated on the ride home. The bucket can stay in the car.

1. Get your snips & picking basket and head out to the fields

We provide you with picking baskets and snips for your flowers. Snips are for adult use only please. You may also bring your own basket and snips.

2. take the leaves off in the field

When you find a flower you like, break off as many leaves as you want and drop the leaves in the field (we usually leave only two or three leaves closest to the flower head).

Continue to step 4.

3. cut your flower stem as long or as short as you like

Carefully use the snips to cut the stem as long or as short as you prefer (we recommend cutting the stems longer rather than shorter because you can always make them shorter at home but you can't make them longer).
